Role Purpose

Deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive business through sales by leveraging omnichannel capabilities across physical and digital channels. Act as a brand ambassador through deep knowledge of the brand and expertise in fashion and style, creating seamless and consistent high-level service for customers.

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and drive business through sales.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of omnichannel aspects of the role using physical and digital channels.

Brand Representation

• Act as brand ambassadors through strong knowledge of the brand.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years in fashion or jewellery.
