Role Overview
Civil Site Engineer (Piling works) at Archirodon Group N.V. This is a newly awarded offshore Oil and Gas Project in Kuwait. Two positions are available.

Role Purpose
You will supervise field personnel and piling operations, administering construction safety practices and ensuring effective communication across all on-site activities. You are responsible for keeping operations running smoothly and well-organized while managing various construction activities and maintaining communication with supervision and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Operations
- Supervise piling and foundation activities in compliance with project specifications and procedures.
- Ensure safe operation of piling equipment and adherence to HSE standards.
- Monitor piling operations, testing, and site progress to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
Coordination & Communication
- Communicate with other engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure full understanding of the information provided.
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, QA/QC, HSE, surveyors, and clients.
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to support successful project delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare method statements and risk assessments as required.
- Prepare piling records, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
- Prepare progress reports and support efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering from a recognized and reputable university.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in offshore piling works/projects.
- Strong knowledge of piling methods, foundation systems, and geotechnical construction practices for Offshore Projects.
- Familiarity with bored piles, driven piles, CFA piles, sheet piling, and related foundation works or related background.
- Previous working experience in GCC countries as a Piling Site Engineer on offshore projects with an EPC/heavy industrial construction company, preferably in marine infrastructure projects, is preferred.
