Role Purpose

Supervise and coordinate all civil maintenance, repair, and renovation works across buildings and facilities. Ensure structural, masonry, carpentry, painting, and finishing tasks are executed to safety, quality, and company standards while managing technician teams and coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Supervision

• Supervise and lead civil maintenance teams in carrying out daily repair, refurbishment, and improvement works.
• Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials based on daily maintenance requirements.

Maintenance & Repair Operations

• Oversee masonry, concrete, tiling, carpentry, and painting activities across facilities.
• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance schedules for building structures, floors, walls, and external areas.
• Ensure corrective maintenance and repair works are completed promptly and efficiently.
• Follow up on required maintenance works for existing buildings.

Quality & Safety Assurance

• Ensure all tasks are completed according to standards, drawings, and maintenance plans.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure all civil activities meet company quality and safety standards.
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure proper use of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Inspections & Reporting

• Inspect facilities to identify defects such as cracks, leaks, and structural wear.
• Submit periodic maintenance status reports.
