Role Purpose
The Children's Coordinator delivers professional, friendly and engaging service to children at the Kids Club while supervising activities, planning events, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the highest guest satisfaction through operational excellence and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Activity Planning & Delivery
- Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club
- Conduct and host birthday parties and special events at the Kids Club
- Create new arts and crafts activities for the Kids Club
- Plan and create new ideas for summer camps, Halloween parties, and Christmas events
- Follow through with activities as per the schedule
- Design wall and window artwork for the Kids Club
Safety & Supervision
- Supervise children in the Kids Club and ensure their safety while inside the club
- Ensure all areas are clean and well maintained for children's safety
- Ensure that all attendants working in the Kids Club are following procedures
Team Leadership & Training
- Ensure that all new colleagues are trained in the daily operations of the Kids Club
- Work together as a team to achieve the highest guest satisfaction
- Support Kids Club supervisor at the reception when busy
Reporting & Inventory Management
- Report directly to Kids Club supervisor with any incidents, guest comments, and feedback
- Manage inventory of arts and crafts and report when stock is low
Guest Service
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to the children
- Perform other duties as assigned and requested
