Role Overview

Chef de Partie - International Cuisine at Hyatt, responsible for managing a section of the kitchen and executing international cuisine dishes to the highest standards.

Role Purpose

To lead food preparation and cooking operations within an assigned kitchen station, ensuring consistent quality, adherence to recipes and presentation standards, and support of the culinary team's broader service objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations

• Manage assigned station (partie) with focus on quality and consistency.
• Prepare and cook international cuisine dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed.

Team Support

• Support the executive chef and senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
• Assist other stations as needed during service.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.

Quality & Standards

• Execute dishes to the highest presentation and taste standards.
• Monitor portion sizes and plating consistency.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Culinary training or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
• Demonstrated experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
• Experience with international cuisine preparation.
