Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Quality

• Prepare great-tasting dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation across all dishes.
• Monitor ingredient quality and ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
• Maintain compliance with food storage standards.

Kitchen Supervision & Operations

• Supervise line cooks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide support in the absence of senior chefs.
• Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness standards at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Uphold alcohol awareness regulatory standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Financial Management

• Contribute to controlling food costs.
• Work toward improving gross profit margins.
• Meet departmental financial targets.
