Role Overview
CEO Office Manager at Foodics, a leading restaurant management ecosystem and payment tech provider, based in Riyadh.

Role Purpose
To provide personalized and timely support to the CEO and C-suite by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling administrative operations, ensuring the efficiency and smooth functioning of executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings and planning travel.
- Manage CEO's calendars and set up meetings.
- Coordinate conference calls and schedule presentations.
Board & Meeting Support
- Schedule board meetings and handle logistics of board meetings.
- Send materials for review before board meetings.
- Take and distribute board meeting notes.
- Field general queries from board members.
- Transcribe notes and type correspondence and meeting minutes.
Travel & Logistics
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
Communications & Information Management
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- Facilitate internal communication by distributing information and scheduling presentations.
- Respond promptly to CEO's queries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3β5 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, or consulting.
- Experience in a top-tier consulting firm is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership or executive teams.
