Role Purpose
To maintain and repair the property and facilities at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort while ensuring guest safety, upholding preventive maintenance standards, and supporting the hotel's operational and environmental objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Safety & Service
- Address guest issues as quickly as possible and ensure complete satisfaction with work completed.
- Look after guest safety at all times.
Maintenance & Operations
- Complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans.
- Clean all work areas after finishing tasks properly.
- Maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times.
Tools & Asset Management
- Look after all tools supplied by the Hotel in a professional manner.
- Correctly maintain and deposit tools after finishing the shift.
Safety & Sustainability
- Follow all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks.
- Actively participate in the energy conservation programs of the Hotel.
- Utilize or recommend usage of all environmentally friendly products in the workplace.
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest cost saving ideas as and when possible, not limited to the Engineering Department.
