Role Overview

Camp Boss (BISCAT - Housing & Catering) at ABIS. This role oversees day-to-day camp operations, including housing and catering services, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all camp residents.

Role Purpose

The Camp Boss is responsible for maintaining high standards of service across all camp facilities and operations. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, managing staff performance, addressing residents' concerns, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Management

• Manage and supervise camp lodging and catering services to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with catering and housekeeping teams to ensure quality and timely service delivery.
• Handle logistics related to camp supplies and inventory management.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene policies within the camp premises.
• Maintain good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Resident Relations & Issue Resolution

• Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by camp residents promptly.

Staff Management

• Manage camp staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Lead multiple teams and coordinate efficiently.

Reporting & Improvement

• Prepare reports on camp operations and suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Manager, or similar role in housing and catering management.
• Knowledge of camp operations, catering services, and facility management.
