Role Overview
CAC Cashier / MWR Specialist with Intrepid Global Solutions, based at a deployed location.

Role Purpose
To operate cashier and resale services, manage Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) facilities and activities, host special events, and maintain a clean and professional environment that supports guest recreation and engagement across multiple daily shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Cashier & Resale Operations
- Provide cashier services for resale and retail operations.
- Handle resale requirements including alcohol sales.
- Count customers and track transactions.
Facility Maintenance
- Maintain all MWR facilities in a clean, sanitary, healthy, and professional manner free of dust, dirt, debris, clutter, and trash.
- Verify all supplies necessary for complimentary items are properly stocked.
- Ensure complimentary consumable items such as popcorn are provided to customers at all times.
Weekly Recreation Programs
- Conduct weekly events including bingo, Texas Hold'em, foosball, dominoes, spades, bid whiz, karaoke, pizza night, pool, ping pong, and video game tournaments.
- Be knowledgeable of the regulations and rules of play regarding all weekly recreational activities and tournaments hosted within the facilities.
- Develop and run tournaments.
- Check in and out games for guests.
Guest Services & Communication
- Promptly answer all guest inquiries.
- Provide information about upcoming trips, tours, and events.
- Play movies for guests.
- Decorate for holidays.
Food & Beverage Programs
- Enhance scheduled programs through food giveaways such as complimentary pizza, subs, and donuts.
MWR Special Events
- Host MWR special events.
- Organize events including planning, marketing, setup and teardown of equipment and decorations.
- Provide audiovisual support.
- Arrange reservation of a staging area for entertainers.
- Arrange and provide transportation for entertainers, estimated maximum of 20, between point of arrival and the base and during their stay on base, including qualified licensed drivers and vehicles.
- Escort entertainers to and from events.
- Provide labor and supervision to support events as required.
General Operations
- Perform other related duties needed and required to support the mission.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's License and ability to operate a vehicle with manual transmission.
- Valid U.S. Passport preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to promptly answer guest inquiries and provide event information.
- Event organization, marketing, and execution capabilities.
- Customer service orientation.
Additional Information
Security & Deployment
- Must have and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must be able to meet all current USCENTCOM Deployment Policy Requirements, including vaccination for COVID-19 as outlined in Paragraph 1.A. of the USCENTCOM JAN 22 MOD SIXTEEN TO USCENTCOM INDIVIDUAL AND INDIVIDUAL-UNIT DEPLOYMENT POLICY.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Residency Visa for UAE.
Work Conditions
- Travel: 100% in deployed location.
- Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
- Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather, and hazardous conditions.
