Role Overview

Cabin Crew position with Gulf Air, based at the Head Quarter in Bahrain.

Role Purpose

Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction while serving as a frontline ambassador of Gulf Air. Represent the airline's image and values to build customer confidence and loyalty through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Passenger Safety and Service

• Ensure passenger safety and adherence to emergency procedures.
• Deliver exceptional service to passengers from various cultural backgrounds.
• Maintain passenger comfort throughout flights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School education.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
• Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential.
• Professional, customer-oriented approach with ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to meet physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards.
• Ability to swim.
• Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air's image and service quality requirements.
