Role Purpose

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 21 years old.
• At least 163cm tall.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ambitious, passionate and excited by a travel lifestyle.

Additional Information

Appearance Standards

• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.

Compensation

• Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.

Career Progression

• Economy to Business Class from 12 months.
• Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months.
• Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
• Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
