Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver world-class service and create unforgettable experiences on every journey.
• Represent Etihad and its values to guests across five continents.

Safety & Security

• Keep guests safe throughout all flights.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 21 years old.
• At least 163 cm tall.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Ambitious and passionate approach to work.
• Excited by a travel lifestyle.

Appearance Requirements

• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform.

Compensation

• Tax-free salary of up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.

Career Progression

• Economy to Business Class within 12 months.
• Business Class to Cabin Senior within 12 months.
• Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager within 24 months.
• Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
