Role Purpose

Represent Etihad around the world by delivering extraordinary guest experiences, maintaining high standards of safety and service, and working as part of a multicultural team to welcome guests from diverse backgrounds on every flight.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Etihad's world-class service standards.
• Welcome guests from around the world and adapt to the needs of diverse passengers.

Safety & Operations

• Help keep every journey safe by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Team Collaboration

• Work as part of a multicultural cabin crew team on every flight.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 21 years old.
• At least 163 cm tall.
• High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Guest-focused with genuine commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
• Ambitious and passionate about a travel lifestyle.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.

Additional Information

Compensation

• Tax-free salary up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.

Career Progression

• Economy to Business Class from 12 months.
• Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months.
• Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
• Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
• Clear opportunity to develop career towards becoming a Cabin Senior.
