Role Purpose

Create memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. Move about the space and take initiative to address operational needs, guest requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights, making transactions feel like part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Delivery

• Process operational needs and guest requests with initiative and attention to detail.
• Complete required reports and documentation.
• Share information about local area highlights with guests.
• Provide check-in and check-out services that exceed guest expectations.

Operational Standards

• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards in all interactions and tasks.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional at all times.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
• Take a hands-on approach to work duties as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
