Role Purpose

To build memorable and unique guest experiences by taking initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay. The Butler is empowered to move about the space and do what needs to be done, whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Make transactions feel like part of the experience.
• Share the highlights of the local area with guests.

Operational Standards & Compliance

• Create and maintain a safe work place.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.

General Duties

• Complete reports as needed.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Hands-on approach to work.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Initiative and empowerment to take independent action.
