Role Purpose
Act as a trusted advisor and key link between client needs, market insights, and internal solution design. Ensure CREALOGIX solutions are aligned with market demands and client expectations while contributing to business growth initiatives. This role translates business and client needs into competitive solutions and operates beyond traditional business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Market & Client Analysis
- Analyze the Middle East market and develop deep understanding of industry trends within this target region.
- Understand client challenges within the banking and fintech sector and provide insights to position CREALOGIX solutions competitively.
- Act as a trusted advisor, translating business and client needs into solutions.
Requirements & Documentation
- Gather and document business requirements through BRDs, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
- Model solutions and define user flows and processes.
- Translate gathered requirements into clear, functional solutions aligned with business needs.
- Maintain quality and consistency in documentation and processes.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Ensure alignment across different teams and stakeholders, supporting effective collaboration and consistency in delivering solutions.
- Work in cross-functional environments with Product, Tech, and Business teams.
- Help build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and client-facing discussions when required.
Sales & Proposals
- Support RFPs, bids, and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
AI & Innovation
- Apply AI in a strategic and responsible way, ensuring data accuracy, ethical use, and alignment with company and client standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes and solutions through AI while staying up to date with relevant advancements.
Delivery
- Work in Agile environments when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Experience gathering and documenting functional requirements through BRDs and workshops.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with Product, Tech, and Business teams.
- Experience using AI tools in a professional environment to enhance analysis, decision-making, or efficiency, with strong understanding of their strategic, ethical, and responsible use including data, governance, and risk considerations.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills with international stakeholders.
- Fluent in English at C1+ level.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business into solutions.
Additional Information
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or fintech.
- Exposure to Middle East and KSA markets.
- Experience in bids, presales, or RFP processes.
- Familiarity with UML or functional modelling.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
