Role Purpose
As a Business Development Manager β NetApp, you will play a critical role in accelerating NetApp's growth across Saudi Arabia while supporting Ingram Micro's strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute the NetApp business strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and strategic actions.
Relationship & Partner Management
- Build and manage strong relationships with NetApp, channel partners, system integrators, and key enterprise customers.
- Recruit, develop, and activate channel partners to expand NetApp's presence and solution adoption across the Kingdom.
Sales & Pipeline Generation
- Drive pipeline generation, identify new business opportunities, and support successful deal closure through value-based selling.
- Build pipelines and drive revenue growth while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to execute demand-generation and partner enablement initiatives.
Planning & Oversight
- Manage forecasting, business planning, and regular business reviews to ensure alignment with vendor and company objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management.
- Proven experience in Storage, Cloud, Data Management, Infrastructure, or related technology solutions.
- NetApp experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia IT channel ecosystem, including system integrators, service providers, and enterprise customers.
