Business Analyst - Planning and Coordination (UAE Nationals Only) - DUBAI

Role Overview

Business Analyst - Planning and Coordination at Citigroup in Dubai. This is an intermediate-level position within the Consumer Sales Support job family, full-time. UAE Nationals only.

Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive sales support activities including analysis of sales outcomes, identification of opportunities, and creation of proposals in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The role delivers support and ancillary services to sales personnel across all client segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Process Improvement

• Design and implement process improvements to enhance sales support delivery
• Resolve issues by applying professional judgment when interpreting data and results
• Support sales activities for high-profile clients
• Provide administrative assistance for sales management teams

Product & Project Support

• Support new products, promotions, and projects as defined by the business
• Review and provide training material to sales and operations teams

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure sales team compliance with regulations
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation
• Safeguard Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Adhere to Policy and apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or University degree or equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Series 7 licensing required
• Series 63 licensing required
