Role Purpose

Turn business complexity into clarity, shape meaningful change, and help financial services organizations achieve lasting impact by understanding business challenges, translating requirements into actionable solutions, and supporting the delivery of meaningful transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Use approved AI tools and automation, where appropriate, to support requirements analysis and documentation, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated, and aligned with responsible AI guidelines.

Process & Solution Design

• Map current and future-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of practical, client-focused solutions.
• Explore how approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows can improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of business analysis, while maintaining human oversight and responsible AI practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions to align business needs with project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams, helping clients improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Project Delivery & Implementation

• Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or a relevant business transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working across business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Bonus: Experience working within consulting or another client-facing environment.
• Bonus: Experience delivering large-scale business, technology or regulatory transformation.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Bonus: Relevant project management, business analysis or change certifications.
• Bonus: Experience within financial services, energy, government or other complex and regulated sectors.
