Role Overview

ABIS is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport employees and clients to various locations.

Role Purpose

Operate company buses to provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services while maintaining vehicle standards and adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Operate company buses safely and efficiently to transport passengers.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.

Safety & Passenger Management

• Maintain discipline and safety of passengers during transit.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers.
• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Bus Driver license (DL) or equivalent for bus operation.
• Proven experience as a bus driver, preferably in a similar environment.
• Clean driving record.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent driving skills.
• Good knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Punctuality.
