Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

Guest Experience

Operational Management

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of service stations and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of outlets and banquet spaces.

Team Collaboration

• Work effectively with kitchen, housekeeping, and front-office teams.
• Support colleagues during peak service periods.
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing with team members.
