Role Purpose
Provide a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience by assisting guests with their luggage, transportation, and general requests while delivering the high service standards of NH Collection Dubai The Palm.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Welcome & Assistance
- Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in, check-out, and room changes.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about hotel facilities and services.
- Support the Front Office team in creating memorable and personalized guest experiences.
Luggage & Storage Management
- Handle and store guest luggage safely and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
Transportation & Delivery
- Assist with arranging taxis and transportation when required.
- Deliver guest items, messages, parcels, and other requested materials promptly.
Guest Information & Requests
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, restaurants, local attractions, and transportation.
- Handle guest requests and concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfil guest requests.
- Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and behaviour at all times.
- Follow hotel safety, security, and guest confidentiality procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Bellman or in a guest-facing hotel role is preferred.
- Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented personality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle guest luggage safely.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and local attractions is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
