Role Purpose

Provide exceptional guest service and support at the hotel entrance and lobby, managing guest arrivals, departures, luggage, and general assistance while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and security awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcoming and Service

• Greet and welcome guests at the main entrance, using guest names whenever available.
• Provide information and other assistance to guests when required.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel products and services.

Luggage and Baggage Management

• Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entrance and baggage room.

Operations and Coordination

• Liaise with front desk for all arrivals and departures.
• Assist in driveway management, opening and closing of vehicles' doors.
• Assist the concierge to book taxi upon guest request.

Security and Safety

• Alert Security or Duty Manager of suspicious looking person(s) or articles in the lobby.

Qualifications & Experience

• Secondary or High school education.
• No experience required; training will be provided.

Skills & Competencies

• Good reading and oral proficiency in English language.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
• Good communication and customer contact skills.
• Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team.
