Key Responsibilities

Supervision

• Lead and schedule bell staff for efficient operation.
• Mentor bell staff on service standards.

Guest Services

• Ensure timely luggage delivery and guest escort services.
• Coordinate with front desk for guest requests.

Facilities & Maintenance

• Oversee cleanliness and functionality of the lobby area.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in bell services with leadership duties.
• Knowledge of local attractions and services.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and organizational skills.
