Bell Attendant at IHG Hotels and Resorts, located in Doha.

Role Purpose
As a Bell Attendant, you will deliver outstanding guest service by managing luggage operations and responding to guest requests, while supporting the hotel's financial profitability and commitment to True Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Support
- Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Inspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with room features.
Luggage & Equipment Management
- Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
- Organize and store luggage according to guidelines.
- Assist in the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of equipment.
Skills & Competencies
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent grooming standards.
