Role Overview

Behavioral Health Coach (Saudi Arabia) at Intellect HQ. This is a freelance remote role with flexibility to decide your own business hours. Local candidates are preferred but others can still be considered.

Company Overview

Intellect HQ operates a telehealth platform called 'Intellect' focused on mental health and personal growth support.

Role Purpose

Support clients' mental health and personal growth based on individual needs and goals through scheduled 30-minute video sessions on the Intellect platform, delivering mental health coaching to sub-clinical cases and collaborating with the internal clinical team to improve program and platform offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect's clients
• Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, and work-life balance
• Support clients in setting up personal goals, career goals, relationship goals, and other objectives

Collaboration & Improvement

• Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform

Qualifications & Experience

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR Master / Postgraduate Diploma training in Counselling
• ICF Coaches must have at least 200 coaching hours
• Counsellors must have at least 300 clinical hours post graduation
• Prior experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles is prioritized

Skills & Competencies

• Skilled in coaching techniques and/or evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
• Proficient in English and local language
