Role Purpose

To perform laser treatments, advanced skincare procedures, and non-invasive beauty treatments with a strong commitment to patient safety, treatment excellence, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform laser treatments, skincare procedures, and non-invasive beauty treatments in accordance with DHA-approved scope of practice.
• Operate laser and aesthetic equipment safely while following established treatment protocols.

Client Consultation & Assessment

• Conduct client consultations, skin assessments, and recommend suitable treatments based on individual needs.
• Educate clients on treatment procedures, expected results, and appropriate pre- and post-treatment care.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment documentation, and consent forms.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, hygiene, laser safety, and DHA regulations.

Client Experience

• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships to support patient satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must hold a valid DHA license or eligibility for Beauty Therapist and Laser Therapist, as applicable.
• Proven hands-on experience in laser treatments, beauty therapy, and advanced skincare procedures.
• Previous experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or premium beauty clinic is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of laser technologies, skin types, treatment protocols, and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
• Professional, well-presented, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Additional Information

• Filipino candidates preferred.
• Available for full-time employment in Dubai.
