Role Purpose
Oversee the full operation of La Mar Beach Club, ensuring outstanding guest service, smooth team performance, and consistent alignment with IHG brand standards. This key leadership position requires a hands-on approach, a passion for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage the daily operations of La Mar Beach Club, including beach services, food and beverage coordination, reservations, and guest engagement.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiencies.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver five-star service experiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with culinary, events, and marketing teams to drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Guest Experience
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues with tact and urgency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a luxury beach club or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of the local leisure markets.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to capitalize on local market connections to drive beach club events and generate revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
