Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all interactions and proactively looking for ways to make their experience special.
• Address guest concerns professionally and manage situations involving intoxicated guests with care and respect while ensuring a safe environment.

Beverage Preparation & Service

• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipe standards, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.

Bar Operations

• Stock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and perishables, for seamless service.
• Monitor product quality and manage inventory to ensure the freshness and quality of all beverage-related items.

Payment Processing

• Process payments efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system to handle cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates, and vouchers.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
