Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional beverage and food service to all guests by preparing drinks to established standards, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the beverage program, and ensuring all guest expectations are exceeded daily in partnership with the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food and Beverage.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Provide crisp, thoughtful, and efficient food and beverage service to all guests throughout Abu Dhabi Golf Club.
• Ensure all beverages served comply with guidelines set by the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food and Beverage.

Product Knowledge & Preparation

• Maintain complete understanding of all beverages available, beverage ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Maintain complete understanding of all operational and culinary service standards.
• Maintain complete understanding of the culinary offers within the outlet.
