Role Purpose

You are a bar professional in an artistic and creative role responsible for developing original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions while ensuring guests are delighted by the quality, creativity and variety of beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Guest Experience

• Serve guests in accordance with company standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
• Process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
• Develop original and exciting beverages using the best of local ingredients and traditions.

Operations & Standards

• Ensure the bar is professionally set up at all times.
• Take pride in all facets of service, quality, appearance and cleanliness of yourself and your area of responsibility.
• Understand and adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Restaurant operations.
• Passion for excellent service.
• Excellent team player.
