Role Purpose
Create memorable guest experiences by preparing and serving beverages to a high standard, managing bar operations, and delivering warm, welcoming service that sets the tone for each guest's stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Hospitality
- Create a warm welcome for every guest that sets the tone for their experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard.
- Highlight promotions for guests.
- Communicate warmly, welcomingly, and clearly with guests.
Bar Operations & Management
- Own your bar by managing stock, inventory, and equipment.
- Keep the bar space clean and well-maintained.
- Handle cash and credit transactions.
- Work closely with restaurant colleagues to deliver seamless food service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fluency in the local language.
- Minimum age required by local law for serving alcohol.
- Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol.
Skills & Competencies
- Good grasp of reading, writing, and basic mathematics.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs (23 kg), including bending and kneeling.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Warm and welcoming demeanor.
