Barista at TGP International. Join our non-alcoholic bar team and help deliver outstanding beverages that delight our guests.

Role Purpose

Play a key role in making every visit memorable, whether pulling a perfect espresso or shaking up a tropical mocktail.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve a range of espresso-based coffees and non-dairy alternatives
• Craft mocktails, fresh juices, and specialty cold beverages
• Ensure accurate and consistent recipe execution for all drinks

Service & Customer Engagement

• Provide warm and attentive customer service throughout service

Operations & Compliance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of barista experience in a cafe or restaurant setting
• Experience making mocktails or non-alcoholic specialty drinks is required
• Strong coffee knowledge including espresso and manual brew methods
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
• Good communication skills in English
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
