Role Purpose

Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea, while maintaining consistently high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation & Service

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee, tea, and other drinks.
• Maintain consistently high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and taste.
• Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests.

Order & Payment Processing

• Take and accurately process guest orders and payments.

Cleanliness & Equipment Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar and work areas.
• Ensure coffee machines, equipment, and utensils are properly maintained and cleaned.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

Compliance & Operations

• Follow hotel standards, food safety regulations, and departmental procedures.
• Handle guest requests and feedback professionally and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth daily operations.
