Role Purpose

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering exemplary customer service. Through deep knowledge of coffee and skillful equipment operation, ensure a satisfying coffee experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Preparation & Service

• Prepare high-quality coffee and espresso beverages
• Demonstrate proficiency in coffee brewing techniques
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment effectively

Customer Service & Operations

• Provide excellent customer service and strong communication when interacting with customers
• Handle customer orders efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Product Knowledge

• Understand different types of coffee beans and their unique flavor profiles
• Apply knowledge of coffee characteristics to customer interactions

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques
• Adequate knowledge of various coffee beans and their distinct flavor profiles
• Experience operating espresso machines and other brewing equipment
