Role Overview

Bar Waitress at Fa Evax Saasfaprod1. The role is based on-site in a bar environment where you will create memorable experiences for guests through outstanding hospitality service.

Role Purpose

Ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience by providing prompt, professional, and personalized service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant experience by anticipating their needs.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Beverage Service

• Prepare and serve beverages when required, following bar standards.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wines and beverage service.
• Assist in promoting and upselling beverages and special offers when appropriate.

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Coordinate with bar staff and kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or related field is an advantage, or relevant experience in Food & Beverage service.
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels is highly preferred.
• Relevant experience in bar service, beverage handling, and guest-facing roles within hospitality will be considered.
• WSET certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of wines and beverage service.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong teamwork, flexibility, and attention to detail.
