Role Overview

Back Hoe Loader operator position with ABIS, joining the Transport and earthmoving team.

Role Purpose

Operate backhoe loader machinery to excavate, move, and load materials at various sites safely and efficiently, performing digging, trenching, lifting, and loading tasks while working closely with site managers and ground crews to meet project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Operate backhoe loader machinery safely and efficiently for excavation, loading, and material handling tasks.
• Perform digging, trenching, lifting, and loading tasks according to project specifications.

Maintenance & Equipment Care

• Perform routine maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure optimal functioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the equipment.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages promptly for repair.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow safety protocols and comply with site safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain strong attention to safety and operational detail.

Coordination

• Coordinate with site supervisors and team members to complete tasks as scheduled.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience operating backhoe loader or similar earthmoving equipment.
• Valid Saudi Arabia operator's license or certification specific to heavy machinery operation.
• Good knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions and challenging environments.
• Strong attention to safety and operational detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
