Role Purpose

Ensure optimal service support for maintenance and flight line activities to achieve excellent fleet availability with the highest quality and safety standards. Perform detailed inspection, assembly, installation, repair, replacement and refurbishment of aircraft components and systems, including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and component function checks.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Safety

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Comply with all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations.
• Demonstrate awareness of potential compliance risks and commit to act with integrity.
• Check tools and Ground Support Equipment before starting any maintenance activity for condition and expiration date.
• Check components and parts before starting any maintenance activity for condition, damages, leaks and correct applicability of documentation.
• Maintain all safety requirements during all scheduled and unscheduled activities.

Maintenance & Repair

• Undertake individually or as part of a team all aircraft maintenance, repair and inspection tasks, troubleshooting, quality checks and documentation completion in accordance with Company and Customer procedures.
• Perform all daily preventive, corrective, servicing and routine maintenance works required to release the aircraft to fly.
• Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on time, on cost and on quality.
• Determine maintenance requirements for parts, clearances, tolerance, fuel and hydraulic leaks and corrosion damage.
• Determine and perform repair procedures necessary to correct defective equipment.

Flight Line Operations

• Conduct operational implementation on flight line including daily servicing, refueling and helicopter towing.
• Work as part of a team within a customer environment.

Technical Support

• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints and technical publications.
• Perform On-the-Job Training on location as required.
• Support the MRO department as needed.
