Role Purpose

Perform repair services and mechanical works in the Service Center to achieve targets in customer satisfaction and gross service sales while adhering to company mission, vision, and values and applying standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Repair Execution

• Execute repairs as per customer request through proper execution and Chief Technician supervision within promised delivery time and estimated cost to meet customer satisfaction.
• Conduct preliminary inspection and evaluation of vehicles using mechanical tools and equipment under service Chief Technician supervision to assess exact damage and extent of repair.
• Participate in resolution of high-technical problems such as NVH-related cases with assistance from Team Leaders through diagnostic testing and examination to ensure appropriate repair.

Operations & Standards

• Execute center after-sales responsibilities including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance to ensure all activities are carried out according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure highly satisfied guests by executing a Guest Centric mindset to achieve high-quality after-sales activities through effective monitoring in accordance with service standards.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with Job Controller in feeding correct data, recording repairs carried out, and updating vehicle delivery status using Computerized Time Control Sheets to determine productivity and man-hour analyses.

Knowledge & Development

• Receive and understand technical information, service bulletins, and daily functional activities from Team Leader through regular meetings and updates to enhance technical skills and achieve smooth after-sales business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum High School or equivalent diploma.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Service.
• Minimum Pro-Technician certification.
