Role Purpose

Lead financial services audit engagements, delivering quality audit work and developing team capability while building and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Audit Execution

• Perform audit fieldwork on financial services clients across multiple industries.
• Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with professional standards.
• Evaluate audit findings and develop appropriate recommendations.

Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff on assigned engagements.
• Provide technical guidance and quality control review of team work.
• Develop team members' technical and professional skills.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial services clients.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned audit engagements.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to client management.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure audit work complies with professional standards and firm policies.
• Maintain audit documentation and workpapers in accordance with requirements.
• Identify and escalate audit risks and complex accounting matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience.
• Demonstrated experience with financial services audit clients.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements.
• Advanced proficiency with audit software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Additional Information
