Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality cost management and commercial consultancy services throughout the pre-construction phase of projects. Support the development of robust cost plans, estimates, value engineering, cost optimization, procurement strategies, and tender documentation to ensure clients receive accurate cost advice and value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Planning & Estimation

• Develop robust cost plans and estimates for projects during pre-construction phases.
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization activities to drive value-driven solutions.
• Provide accurate cost advice to clients.

Project Delivery & Documentation

• Manage project deliverables throughout pre-contract stages.
• Prepare and support tender documentation.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.

Team & Client Management

• Mentor junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives.

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure compliance with RLB standards and procedures.
