Role Purpose

You will support the execution and continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse operations across Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure products are delivered efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Order Fulfillment

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfilment.
• Coordinate transportation and warehouse operations with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Support stock transfers and product launches.

Inventory Management

• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and operational exceptions.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track logistics KPIs and prepare operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support internal and external audits.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure operational excellence.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process improvement projects to optimize logistics performance, cost, and service levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and transportation processes.
• Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and working within regulated environments.
• Experience managing or coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
