Associate - Fleet Management (Logistics Experience Required)

Role Overview

Associate - Fleet Management at Shipa Delivery, a fast-growing digital last-mile logistics provider operating across UAE, KSA, and Kuwait under the Agility Logistics umbrella, based in the region.

Role Purpose

Oversee Delivery Assistants in day-to-day operational assignments, analyze work processes based on performance reports and recommend improvements, lead coordination with other teams and departments, and report relevant matters to management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Support

• Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants.
• Address and resolve operational issues or concerns.
• Coach and facilitate team development.

Service Level & Compliance

• Consistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure shipments are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure Delivery Assistants strictly follow clients' Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent escalations.

Operations & Performance

• Monitor daily fleet operations and team performance.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with Delivery Assistants to plan optimized delivery routes for efficient, professional, and hassle-free service.

Analysis & Improvement

• Review and analyze logistics data including exception reports, delivery volume per hour, hours worked, and accident reports.
• Identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to development of operational strategies to meet key performance goals and identify growth opportunities in the eCommerce space.

Coordination & Support

• Lead coordination with other teams and departments.
• Support both on-road and in-house operations with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics and supply chain management.
• Minimum 2 years of fleet management or supervisory experience, required.
• Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred.
