Role Purpose
You will lead and scale GoGlobal's EMEA sales organization, driving growth, performance, and market penetration through strategic leadership, team development, enterprise deal execution, and cross-functional alignment to achieve regional sales targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration across the sales organization.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of top sales talent to build bench strength for long-term growth.
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with GoGlobal's growth objectives and market positioning.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and client feedback to inform strategy, positioning, and solution development.
- Partner with leadership on territory planning, compensation modeling, and strategic account mapping.
Sales Operations & Performance
- Oversee pipeline development, sales performance metrics, and forecasting to ensure target achievement and business predictability.
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on regional sales performance, key wins and losses, and strategic opportunities.
Deal Execution
- Personally drive key enterprise-level deals and support team members in complex sales cycles, including engagement with C-level stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams to align messaging, campaigns, and value propositions with customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Sales Operations to align go-to-market initiatives, optimize lead flow, and ensure seamless execution across partner-sourced and direct sales motions.
- Represent GoGlobal at client meetings, strategic events, and industry forums.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales, with proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries (experience in both is ideal).
- Strong track record of individual and team quota attainment, with the ability to both strategize and execute.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of U.S. market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends.
- Experience working in or managing remote-first, geographically dispersed teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
- Experience with outbound prospecting, top-of-funnel development, and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot).
- Established partner network within the HR, payroll, or global mobility ecosystem.
