Role Overview

Associate Director - Asset Finance Business Partner at Qiddiya Investment Company. This role partners with assigned assets and business units to provide strategic financial guidance and analytical support.

Role Purpose

Act as the strategic finance partner for assigned assets and business units, providing financial insights, performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment support to drive business performance and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Decision Support

• Partner with asset and business leaders on strategic and financial decisions.
• Review business cases, investment proposals, and capital expenditure requests.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Deliver financial analysis, reporting, and performance insights to management.
• Monitor asset performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and governance requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, asset management, or a related finance function.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, CFA) preferred.
