Role Overview
Associate Analyst, Business Administration β Launch Program 2027 in Dubai, UAE at Mastercard. This is an 18-month graduate development program designed to build specialized expertise through hands-on experience, structured learning, and mentorship from industry leaders.

Role Purpose
Support the development and delivery of Mastercard's B2B solutions that help businesses and financial institutions simplify how they make and receive payments. You will gain exposure to how B2B solutions are developed, managed and brought to market, working alongside commercial, product, technology and customer-facing teams in a highly collaborative environment focused on real business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives & Analysis
- Support the delivery of strategic B2B initiatives by analysing business information, identifying opportunities and translating priorities into actionable plans.
- Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Communicate insights to stakeholders to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams across sales, product, technology, finance and operations to coordinate activities.
- Help deliver key customer and business outcomes through coordinated effort.
- Assist with the management and execution of customer and internal initiatives.
Business Development & Problem-Solving
- Support the development of business cases, presentations and performance reporting.
- Assist in tracking actions, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Help identify and resolve business or operational issues by working with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop practical solutions to challenges.
Product & Commercial Knowledge
- Build an understanding of Mastercard's B2B products, customers and commercial models.
- Develop strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
- Anticipated graduation date between January 2026 and August 2027.
- Available to start on 1st March or 1st September 2027.
