Role Overview

Associate Analyst, Account Management at Mastercard. This is an 18-month Launch Program role within the Global Markets business unit, beginning 1 March 2027.

This experience will prepare you for a variety of career paths across Mastercard's global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Focus on strategic sales planning and consultative and solution selling.
  • Provide product expertise and help leverage Mastercard integrated solutions to drive sales and revenue goals.
  • Set sales strategies as it relates to products that are aligned with geographical strategy.
  • Help identify and close sales leads.
  • Supply market intelligence to product developers and managers to support design, development and implementation efforts.

Product Management and Solutions

  • Focus on user experience, product performance and ongoing management, customer needs and insights and architecting solutions.
  • Coordinate, status report on, and manage financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed time, scope and resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes within budget constraints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with teams across functions on strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and strengthen skills needed to solve complex business challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with an anticipated graduation date between March 2026 and August 2027.
  • Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Actively seek responsibility and take pride in delivering the highest quality results and recommendations to clients.
  • Eagerness to learn quickly, both through Mastercard's structured training curriculum and organic development opportunities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Information

The role comprises 2 x nine-month rotations across curated career tracks: Sales and Business Development, and Product Management and Solutions.
