Assistant Yard Supervisor at Boskalis, based in Ras Al Khaimah.

The Ras Al Khaimah yard plays a key role in supporting regional and international operations through storage, maintenance, repair, and mobilization of equipment and materials. The yard enables efficient planning, preparation, and execution of operational activities while ensuring equipment readiness and supporting safe and effective logistics processes.
Role Purpose
Support the safe and efficient execution of yard activities with a strong focus on lifting operations, logistics coordination, workshop support, and daily operational planning. Maintain a well-organized yard environment and ensure activities are carried out in line with operational requirements and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Support and coordinate day-to-day yard activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, operators, and workshop teams to support smooth execution of activities.
Lifting & Equipment Operations
- Assist in planning lifting operations, logistics activities, crane operations, and equipment movements within the yard.
Workshop & Maintenance Support
- Contribute to workshop coordination, repair activities, and maintenance-related tasks to support operational readiness.
Safety & Compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong safety mindset and experience with lifting operations.
- Workshop experience preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics, crane operations, planning of activities and procedures, and equipment-related operations.
- Valid UAE light vehicle driving license preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Knowledge of finance, maintenance, or other operational systems is an advantage.
- Flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented approach.
