Role Purpose

As an Assistant Security Manager, you ensure the security and safety of hotel premises, guests, and team members by conducting patrols, responding to emergencies, supervising security personnel, and investigating incidents while upholding Hilton's hospitality values.

Key Responsibilities

Security Patrols & Monitoring

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.

Emergency Response

• Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.

Team Supervision & Development

• Train, schedule, and supervise Security Guards/Officers.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure high performance.

Incident Investigation

• Conduct preliminary incident investigations to gather relevant information.
• Document findings and ensure accurate reporting of security incidents.

Safety Promotion

• Encourage adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.

Security Coverage

• Step in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required.
